Travel Around the Valley

Hi there! Just a note from us to say that there is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION in Maurertown, Woodstock, or in the Valley in general. There is no reliable cab service, no Uber/Lyft, etc. However, we will be offering shuttle service to wedding events for guests staying at hotels where we have room blocks! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting a car or connecting with other guests to carpool if you are staying in an AirBnB, camping, staying at another hotel, etc. Renting a car or road-tripping to our wedding is DEFINITELY WORTH IT because the fall leaves are in full force at this time of year & historic Route 11 is a lovely, easy drive dotted with roadside pumpkin patches, retro diners, and herds of precious farm animals. We have road-tripped all over the area and through much of Appalachia - especially if you're taking routes from Louisiana, New York or Chicago. Please let us know if you need recommendations or help with your trip or if you're looking to connect and carpool with other guests!
