Camping Wedding

Comfortable dressy casual clothes. Sun dresses and such. Don't come too formal because we are out doors and you can get a little dirty. If you need any help on what is appropriate, feel free to get a hold of any of the wedding party. They should all be able to help!
Could you type in your dates name before filling this out. If they have their own invite could you please have them fill in their stuff on yours and on their own invite say that they are not going please. This is an outdoor wedding and we ask that if the weather may take a turn for thew worst, please try to get there around check in (3pm) because we will still be having our out door wedding even if we have to run out there between rain. (Also bring extra clothes if it does look like rain and something to make sure your tent doesn't get wet) Also, please arrive early to set up your tents before the ceremony(5pm) because you won't have time after every thing starts, and to walk down to the ceremony site <3 There are plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. You can't show up too early, most of us will be there all day setting up and goofing around and there are many games like corn hole, volleyball, and hiking to do while you wait. So come when ever you want and make your self at home :)
Ceremony
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

It is in the woods so don't wear heels in less you're feeling confident. We'll be walking down an unpaved path. For some of the older attendees we will have golf carts to shuttle to the ceremony.
It should be about 30 minutes and we are hoping you will all bring your pillow to sit on. If you can not sit on the ground for 30 minutes, please let us know so that we can get you a chair <3
Dinner
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Many will be sitting on cushions on the ground. So make sure to wear what feels comfortable and you may want to consider short clothing.
There will probably be snacks all night but if you know you might need extra food and water through out the night, feel free to bring trail mix and some hydration.
Reception/Party

We will be dancing on the grass floor so make sure to wear the correct shoes. Also, this is the fun part of the night to wear clothes you can dance in. There is also games to play like volley ball so make sure to bring a change of clothes if you are planning on getting down and dirty on the dance floor or in the sand.
We completely understand if you couldn't make it to the ceremony, but you can't miss the party! This will be the perfect time to come for all the fun of the night and I promise we won't get mad if you can only make it to this party ( we just want all our friends & family there at one point in the night). We will have some live bands till midnight, then after that we can still do some guitar picking around all the fire pits. So we hope you stay up with us and not let this night end, so bring your musical instruments for the fire pickings. Also if you would like to have your band play, please let us know. The more the better. We want a tiny concert all night :)
