Hailey was Steph's roommate in medical school and is the rock in her life. While Megan and Steph were falling apart, Hailey was the ever-calm and composed presence in their lives. She is also the only reason that Steph has any degree of personal fitness.
Bridget McDonald

Bridget is Steph's long-lost twin and was her roommate during undergrad. Bridget and Steph spent so much time together that people openly worried if one of them was seen without the other. They even managed to get their graduation photos taken together (some people brought soccer balls or trophies to their photo appointments, but Steph brought Bridget).
Zainab Mohamed

Zainab is Steph's close friend from medical school and is the source of all style and organization in Steph's life. Without Zainab, Steph would own many more pairs of sweatpants.
Rebecca McAllister

Rebecca is Steph's friend from high school where they became fast friends. Rebecca has attended many of Steph's family's weddings and is an adopted member of the Kuntz family.
Timothy Chan

Timothy is Matt's brother. Despite looking like identical twins as children, their diverging personalities kept Matt's mother on her toes.
Megan Hendry

Matt met Megan during their formative years at Queen's University. Their friendship has lasted through many different chapters despite Matt's oddities and idiosyncrasies. Matt and Megan's friendship is a continued reminder that not all people are garbage.
Shaan Gupta

Matt met Shaan during his internal medicine residency and fellowship. Shaan loves poetic waxings about the differential for splenomegaly almost as much as his two children. Shaan is most likely to have an award-winning medicine podcast with Matt.
Oksana Motalo
Groomswoman
Matt met Oksana during internal medicine residency. She always has his back and has certainly kept him sane through many senior medicine call shifts. Her organizational skills are a foil to Matt's disorganization. Her greatest gift to Matt is multiple flow charts and diagrams about eosinophilia.
