Day Trip to Harbour Island
This is a do-it-yourself day trip. To get to Harbour Island, drive 45 minutes north from the Governors Harbour airport to the Three Islands Dock, then a take a short water-taxi ride to Dunmore Town on Harbour Island. The taxis run continually and the fare is $5. Once on Harbour Island, rent a golf cart for about $40 for half a day and explore. Harbour Island has excellent shopping, many fine restaurants, celebrity sightings, and a long beautiful beach.
