The ceremony and reception will be formal attire/black tie optional. Men may wear dark suites or tuxedos. Women have the option of wearing anything from evening gowns to cocktail dresses.
There is parking at both the ceremony and the reception location! However, we are providing transportation to guests who reserve a spot on the bus. Transportation at this time is planned to pick up and drop off from the courtyard behind The Hotel Roanoke.
Yes! As noted above, we will have transportation available to guests to the ceremony, to the reception, and back to the hotels in downtown Roanoke. Please do not plan to drive home from the reception if you plan on drinking. There will be two shuttles departing from Hotel Roanoke (Conference side, Wells Avenue courtyard). The first boards at 4:00 PM and the second at 4:15 PM. Please be prompt as buses will leave on time. At the end of the night, the shuttles will stop at each hotel (Hotel Roanoke, Hampton Inn, Liberty Trust) to drop off guests.
