Answer

Please arrive by 3.30pm. You can arrive as early as 3pm. This will allow time for you to park if you choose to drive, and find your seat.

Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one it will be written on the invitation.

Question

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting Formal/ Cocktail attire for the evening. No jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers please! Women we encourage you to wear colourful dresses. Any Questions regarding this please reach out to us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration for our wedding. We hope this gives you the opportunity to relax, let your hair down and enjoy the festivities! Children in the immediate family are invited and this will be stated on your invitation.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please inform us of any food allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample complimentary parking available onsite at Hillstone. However, we encourage guests to consider using Uber or a taxi to the venue, so you can fully enjoy the evening and the drinks package without any worries.

Question

Answer

Absolutely! You can find our hotel recommendations by visiting the "Accommodation Recommendations" section on our website.

Question

Do you have a gift list or registry set up?

Answer

The most important thing for us is for you to be present for our big day! However if you would like to contribute to our future together as a married couple, a wishing well will be available at our reception.

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We’re excited to offer all guests a drinks package for the evening, starting after the ceremony and running until 11:00 PM. The package includes a selection of beer, wine, apple cider, ginger beer, and soft drinks. You’ll find a drinks menu at each bar for your reference. If you’d like to enjoy additional drink options, feel free to purchase items from our full bar located upstairs and downstairs. Cheers!

Question

I have a question that isn't answered on here. How do I contact you?

Answer

For any questions before the day of our wedding, please text or call us and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Question

Will the Ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While we’re hopeful for an outdoor ceremony, our venue also offers a stunning indoor option if needed. We’ll have a clearer picture of the weather as we get closer to the wedding day.

Question

How will the seating work?

Answer

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests leave the front three rows on each side for family members. Otherwise, feel free to sit on whichever side you prefer. Upon entering the reception, you’ll find a seating chart that indicates where you and other guests are seated. Thank you!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an 'unplugged' ceremony and kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during this special moment, allowing everyone to be fully present. We have a professional photographer capturing the day, and we want their beautiful shots to be free from distractions. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many photos as you’d like. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What happens if i dont RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, we will have to mark it as a 'no.' We will certainly miss celebrating with you, but we need to provide the venue with our final guest count on time and cannot accept late RSVPs. We appreciate your understanding!
