July 6, 2019. Columbus, Ohio. A beautiful Saturday in Columbus for Joel and Tyne's wedding! Matt was a guest of Joel's as they played lacrosse together at Seton Hill. Lindsay was at the wedding as a good friend of Tyne's sister, Yo. Lindsay and Matt were seated at the same table, but at opposite ends. Lindsay was enjoying chatting with her good friend Kellee and new friends Justin, Carolyn, and Kate. Lindsay and Matt made small chit chat until the dance floor when Whitney Houston's "I Want to Dance With Somebody" came on. Instantly, Lindsay was in awe of Matt's dance moves (we'll let him think that... we all know it was the other way around). More and more talking ensued. Lindsay convinced Matt to come to the after party at Victory's. After the after party, they went to another bar, just the two of them. At the end of the night, Matt finally asked for Lindsay's number. The next weekend, Matt visited Lindsay in Columbus, Ohio. The rest is history :)
