Question

Where should we stay if traveling from out of town?

Answer

The venue is centrally located in south city St. Louis. Any hotel in downtown, midtown, Central West End, or south city would make for a <15 minute drive to Verde on Cherokee for the ceremony. Note: A hotel block has not been reserved in order to allow guests to pick a preferred hotel. Please plan ahead and book accommodations early.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6pm. Please plan to arrive between 5:30-5:50 to allow time for parking and seating.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is free parking on the street in front of the venue on Cherokee Street and adjacent Missouri Avenue & Illinois Avenue. As spaces fill up, please note a 1-2 block walk may be necessary.

Can I bring a plus one/child?

Answer

Unfortunately, space at the venue is limited, and all available seating has been allocated when building the guest list. All invited guests are included on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everybody to be comfortable and ask for guests to dress in informal cocktail attire (think garden party/church attire)

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is in a covered greenhouse, and the reception is at the same venue in an uncovered patio space. While these areas are not air conditioned, we anticipate nice weather in May. Restrooms and the bar area are located indoors.
