How He Proposed

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

There is nothing I love more than Christmas time! I come by it honestly, because my mom also loves Christmas. When Mason decided how he wanted to propose, my mom was all for it because it was going to be the start to our Christmas season. Every year my family goes to the Pine Grove Christmas Tree Farm to get our Christmas tree. This year we were having to go a little earlier than usual because my sister had to go back to school and couldn't come home before Christmas break (or so I thought). Mason and I met my parents at the Christmas tree farm and off we went, looking for the perfect tree! We walked around for awhile when my dad decided we needed to move areas to find the "perfect" tree. We were walking around when Mason stops, looks at a tree and says, "Well, what about that one?" and points to a tree decorated in red, green, and gold ornaments that read, "Marry Me?". I was in shock, and just stared at him with a huge grin across my face. He told me to check the tag on the tree to see who it belonged to. I looked at the tag, and sure enough it said, Mason Wann. Again, I couldn't speak, I just stood there with a huge, goofy smile across my face. Mason got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. Of course, I said yes, after I could remember how to talk.
