First Shuttle Pick Up At Hotel
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
203 Legends Court, Prattville, AL 36066
Loading begins at 5:15 and departure is at 5:30! Transportation to and from the wedding for out of town guests will be provided by Gamel's Magic School Bus. Pick up location will be the Holiday Inn Express in Prattville, AL. The first shuttle will depart at 5:30pm and the second shuttle will depart at 6:30pm.
Guests Arrive / Pre-Ceremony Refreshments
6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Parking will be available at the location. Shuttle transport will be provided by Gamel's Magic School Bus for out of town guests from the Holiday Inn Express in Prattville (5:30pm & 6:30pm sharp pick up times at hotel). Please follow the signs for parking and ceremony location and enjoy some light refreshments before the ceremony begins.
Second Shuttle Pick Up at Hotel
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm

Loading will begin at 6:15pm and bus will depart at 6:30! Transportation to and from the wedding for out of town guests will be provided by Gamel's Magic School Bus. Wedding Ceremony
7:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Since we will be outdoors, we recommend dressing comfortably and somewhat casually. It will be pretty warm in Prattville this time of year so dress accordingly. A sundress or jeans and a blouse is perfect for ladies and jeans/overalls, and a polo or button-up shirt for men is perfectly acceptable.
Transition to Reception Area (Food Truck & Open Bar & Games)
8:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Guests transition to reception area. Wedding party will take some photos. Food Truck, Open Bar, Music, and Games will be available for guests to enjoy.

Time to party! We will kick it off with announcing the Mr. & Mrs and then proceed with dancing, games, eating, drinking, and celebrating the night away!
Last Shuttle Back to Hotel

Gamel's Magic School Bus will remain at the venue and be available to shuttle guests back to the hotel as desired as soon as the reception party kicks off. The last shuttle departure will be at 11:45pm sharp.
