Please RSVP by March 19, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!
We love and adore your little ones, however we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. If your children are traveling with you to Florida, Hyatt management has recommended "A Tender Loving Care Service." More information can be found at atlcservice.com.
We are asking our guests to dress in formal garden party attire. This includes mid-calf and floor length dresses - feel free to play with different textures, colors, and patterns. Suits are strongly encouraged - light-colors are welcomed. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: whites, ivories, and creams. The bridal party will be wearing shades of gold and champagne.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. We ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to mingle and find your seat.
The wedding will be held at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa which is located off of US 41. Travel west on Coconut Road and the hotel is located at the very end of the straightaway. The address is 5001 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
Self-parking, overnight parking for Friday & Saturday, and Valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa will be complimentary for all of our guests.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no photos or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be completely present as we say our "I do's." We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres and dinner that can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. On your RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
Please join us for a farewell brunch in the Mangroves Bar from 9-11 AM on Sunday morning! If you are interested in attending this event, please specify on your RSVP as we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors. Children and accompanying adults are welcome to this event. For everyone attending this brunch, please RSVP on the brunch card included in your mailed invitation so we can accommodate all guests.
