By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you mail your RSVP card by September 1st. If you are staying at The Gideon Putnam, the code to access the wedding room block rate (code 9NG5NW) is valid through August 28th, 2022.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There are parking lots both before and after the entrance to the hotel on Gideon Putnam Road.

Question

May I bring children to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home for the ceremony on Saturday. We would love to celebrate with them at another time. If you are traveling from out of town with your young ones, please let us know so we can help you arrange trusted child care.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30, please arrive by 4:15 to ensure you are settled before the show begins. If you have Hayward blood or run on Willoughby Standard Time, the ceremony begins at 4:00; please arrive by 3:30. (This should get everyone to arrive on time, right?)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We know that food allergies and dietary restrictions can be difficult to navigate in large gatherings. Please let Duncan or Mary-Kate know if you have an allergy or other sensitivity that we should keep in mind. We will ensure there is proper signage on all of the food items throughout the course of the weekend.
