Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm - for welcome champagne and time to get settled before the ceremony starts at 5:00pm.
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Inverness Hotel, which is about halfway between downtown Denver and the venue and includes shuttle service to and from the wedding. See "Travel" page for details. There are a limited number of rooms available in the block - please book as soon as possible so that we can add more rooms as needed. Airbnb / VRBO are other good options nearby!

Yes, there is free valet parking at Sanctuary. Cars can also be left overnight if needed (please take an Uber or Lyft if you've been drinking!) and picked up by 10am on Friday morning.
A bit of both! The ceremony is in a covered outdoor area, cocktail hour is outdoors, dinner is indoors, and dancing is covered outdoors. August in Colorado is typically hot during the day (80s/90s) but cools off at night and can drop into the 60s. For ladies, we recommend bringing a sweater or wrap in case it gets chilly at night!
We respectfully ask that all phones and devices be put away during the ceremony. Our fabulous photographer will be capturing all the essential moments. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, and we will share ceremony photos as soon as they are available.
Yes! Drinks are on us, so please plan your transportation accordingly. Tips for the bar staff are always welcome.
We kindly ask that children remain home during the ceremony and reception.
