IS KIMBERLY TAKING SAM'S LAST NAME?

Answer

We have chosen to take each other's last name and will be known as Kimberly and Samuel Martinez-Aiello! Both names carry such pride and honor that we wanted to keep both!!

WHERE IS THE VENUE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Sycamore Winery in West Terre Haute, IN! More details will come in our wedding invitation! The Sycamore Winery 1320 Durkees Ferry Rd West Terre Haute, IN 47885

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is Black-Tie Formal! This includes floor length dresses or gowns, formal jumpsuits, tuxes, , solid colors, and muted patterns. It also includes tuxedos, dark or solid color suits, black-ties. Black-Tie Formal does not include jeans, khaki's, sneakers, short dresses, or short-sleeve button ups. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We're truly grateful that you want to share this special day with someone, but we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your RSVP card. We appreciate you understanding!!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of older children in our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening for a fun night out or date night!! Please refer to your RSVP card for further clarity on invitees.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a full dinner service for our guests! More details will be added as we find the perfect vendor. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Kimberly directly at 224-234-3618. We would love to accommodate as much as we can!!!

IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes!! The Sycamore Winery will be serving unlimited supply of their own delicious wine blends along with unlimited supply of beers including Terre Haute local beer! There will also be a variety of non-alcoholic drinks such as tea, lemonade, water, and other soft drinks!

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, guests are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premse, as you (or Kimberly and Sam) will be subject to a fine. As stated in the previous FAQ, the bar is open for unlimited wine and beer and other non-alcoholic drinks. Plus it's a winery!! Enjoy some great-tasting wine for tonight!

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by October 16, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by October 16, 2024 will be assumed 'decline regretfully'. If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT?

Answer

Yes! The Sycamore Winery allows for all guests to leave their car overnight at the venue to promote safe driving! All cars will need to be picked up from the lot on Sunday November 17th by 12pm EST.

IS THIS AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes! We ask that during the actual ceremony, guests refrain from taking photos and videos. Our photographer are amazing and will be sure to capture every beautiful moment! However, feel free to use your devices at any other time outside of the ceremony. We encourage you to take all the photos you want!
