Bridal Luncheon (by invitation)

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.

> Off Island: Transportation will leave the Holiday Inn Express at 11 am > On Island: Transportation will leave the Figure Eight Island Yacht Club at 11 am

Rehearsal Dinner (by invitation)

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

> Off Island: Transportation will leave from the Holiday Inn Express at 5:30 pm > On Island: Transportation on the island will pick up dinner guests at island residences moving from the South end of the island to the Club and from the North end to the club. Please be prepared for pickups between 5:00-5:30 pm *** If you have specific transportation needs, please call Jennifer Carter at 910-617-1974.

Welcome Party (all are invited)

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Join us for drinks and lite fare poolside to kick off the weekend! > Off Island: Transportation will be available to and from the island from the Holiday Inn Express at 8 pm, 9 pm and 10 pm. The last return to the hotel will be at 11 pm. > On Island: Transportation home will be available to island residences throughout the welcome party and at the end of the event. ***Please note: if you drive to the event, you are more than welcome to leave your vehicle at the Yacht Club overnight and utilize the transportation home.***

Champagne Toast

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Join us for a pre-ceremony Champagne toast at 4 pm, followed by the ceremony of Martha & Stephen. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. > Off Island: Transportation will be leaving from the Holiday Inn Express at 3:45, 4, and 4:15 pm. > On Island: Transportation on the island will be available from the Figure Eight Island Yacht Club at 3:45, 4:00, 4:15 and 4:30 pm with hopes to have all guests present at the Phillips’ residence by 4:30pm. ***If you have specific transportation needs, please call Jennifer Carter at 910-617-1974. We can make arrangements for a pickup at a specific residence. *** We strongly request utilizing the transportation as parking on the island is extremely limited. If you do plan to drive, the island rules are that all four tires must be off the road.

Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing following the ceremony! > Transportation home will be available throughout the evening with stops at the Holiday Inn Express, Figure Eight Island Yacht Club and island residences. The final trips will be following the bride and groom’s departure at 11pm.
