In a small beach town called El Pescadero in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
San Jose Del Cabo (SDJ) is the larger of the two airports in the area but sometimes you can find deals to La Paz (LAP) as well. Both are about an hour away from El Pescadero
Follow the signs to Todos Santos on the highway. There is a very simple and safe toll road that costs 108 pesos (which is about $5USD) that takes you directly up the coast to Pescadero/Todos Santos area and completely bypasses Los Cabos.
Yes, we encourage you or someone in your group to rent a car so you can get around and see the whole area if you feel comfortable. We will also get some local taxi numbers for people to use as well.
It should be warm but can sometimes cool off at night. Highs of 85 degrees and lows of 65 degrees.
The water should be in the mid 70's in the beginning of November. Bathing suits for swimming and maybe a wetsuit top or a thin spring suit if you are planning on surfing early in the mornings.
NO. Much like most of Mexico it is NOT advised to drink the water out of any faucet. Check with your hotel or vacation rental, most places in the area will supply jugs of drinking water. If not, you can buy big and small jugs at most stores. ***Helpful hit: Keep your mouth closed in the shower
We will be getting married and then partying at a sweet little property called Baja Surf Casitas in San Pedrito Beach.
Keep it beach casual. Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Bright colors encouraged. Wedding venue is in deep sand and compact gravel, choose footwear wisely. It will probably be pretty warm for the ceremony and we will be in the sun. (Bring sunglasses or a hat) It could cool off after sunset so you may want a shall or a light jacket for the night time festivities.
Yes! We love your kids. All we ask is that you please keep an eye on them since we are on the beach in the desert and the property isn't totally kid proof. Think cactus ;)
Please RSVP on our website by July 11, 2023
We tried to add plus ones for most everybody. If you have someone in mind who you want to bring please feel free to reach out to us and ask.
You can ask for pesos at your bank in the states but give them about a week to process the request. You can also exchange USD at the airport or get pesos out of any ATM. Make sure you research the exchange rate before traveling so you have an idea of what your USD is worth. Most restaurants and stores will also take USD for a lower exchange rate.
