Once reserved, they will contact you via WhatsApp to get flight information, etc. When making reservation, do one way reservations at a time. For example, don’t try to reserve your arrival and departure date and times. Do one reservation for the date/time you arrive. Then do a separate reservation for the date/time you leave.
