What should I wear?

We would love for all of our guests to look their best, and respectfully request semi-formal attire (no jeans, please!). For examples, please see: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal. Also, if you are feeling unsure about your outfit, feel free to reach out and ask!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st so that we can guarantee you a seat and a hot meal ;) If we have not heard from you by this date, we will assume you are unable to make it. You will be missed!

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

As this is intended to be an intimate elopement ceremony, we ask that you only RSVP for those to whom the invitation is addressed. We appreciate your understanding.

What is for dinner?

Answer

We are having a taco bar with two main protein options (cilantro, lime, chicken fajitas and a squash, black bean, and corn filling). There will be corn and flour tortillas, as well as a variety of toppings. You will be prompted to pick your protein choice when RSVPing. Also, please remember to be discrete with our drink options!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Both! The Ceremony will be held outdoors and then we’ll move indoors for the rest of the evening.

How do I get to the Lakeview Shelter?

Answer

For easiest access, go straight into the park (not to the visitor's center). You will need to go through the check-in point and pick-up your car pass. The exact coordinates of the shelter are 47.141704, -91.457270.
