Joshua Tree National Park
If you have time to attend the park on Saturday or Sunday we cannot recommend it enough. It is filled with hikes for all skill levels and stunning desert vistas. For those who cannot hike, you can even just drive around and take a look at the plants, mountains, and big boulders.
The Station Joshua Tree
This is a very cool souvenir shop in Joshua Tree. We highly recommend a stop. They have one of the famous Muffler Men outside for photo opportunities. For those who don't know, Marlayna's Uncle Doug tracks these plaster statues through his website- roadsideamerican.com.
Pappy + Harriet's
If you have never been to Pappy and Harriets you must check it out. Lots of cool local and more famous bands play at their venue. They also have a patio, bar, and restaurant. We highly recommend for lunch, dinner, or a show!
The Copper Room
This is where we will be hosting welcome drinks. They have a full bar and restaurant. You are welcome to come early and get dinner here.
Joshua Tree Saloon
This restaurant has fun kitchy saloon vibes. It's located in the center of Joshua Tree right at the entrance to the park. Great place to grab a burger and a beer.
The Tiny Pony Tavern
Dive bar/diner vibes. The food at this place is supposed to be pretty good too.
La Copine
This is a nicer dinner option for Friday night. They have a cute outdoor patio and higher end dishes.
Snake Bite Roadhouse
A classic western roadhouse with good reviews.
Sky High Pie
Pizza place with good reviews.
La Casita Azul
Sit down Mexican restaurant in Yucca Valley.
Pioneertown
Pioneertown is very fun and cute. A good place to browse some shops, grab a beer, and check out the famous Pappy and Harriets.
