Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us. RSVP deadline is November 25th, 2024.

What if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You will be missed! The deadline is in place to ensure the seating chart is completed and our vendors have the correct number of guests who will be attending.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. Gentlemen can wear a sharp blazer and trousers, ties are required.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?

Answer

No. Our Ceremony will take place at South End Baptist Church in Frederick. Our Reception will be following at Linganore Winecellars in Mt. Airy. From the Ceremony to the Reception it is a short 25 minute drive.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We are requesting everyone arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow you to find a seat and get settled in.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Short answer yes! We will have at each table of the reception a QR code asking you to share the love with us where you can upload the pictures you take from the day, so we can look back at them after the wedding. All we ask—We want all to be present and in the moment, we have an amazing photographer and would like him to get all the best angles and shots, please be conscience.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Indoor! The ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception will all be indoors. Our venue is very much heated including the heated floors. There will be an opportunity to make use of the outdoor deck which has heated fireplaces.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will have an unlimited craft wine and beer bar all night long. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. For our non-drinkers we will have soda, tea, water and coffee as well as decaf.

I have a dietary restriction, what do I do?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction please contact the Bride or Groom with details of your restriction and we will try to accommodate.
