What is the best way to contact us for additional questions?

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please rsvp no later than October 10, 2023. Our Venue will need a final headcount 2 weeks prior to the wedding! Please make sure to let us know as soon as you can! We can’t wait and would love to celebrate with you!

Dress code?

Answer

All Black Semi-Formal Wear We would love to have all of our guests dressed in the color black to match our color scheme! So, please dress to impress but also dress to be comfortable! Black dresses, pantsuit etc, black suits or tuxedo with a black tie! Please avoid wearing any shade of grey! If you are questioning or second guessing what you should wear please contact me! Please refrain from wearing ANY shade of white. With an all black dress code we are wanting to keep the parties and special someones in a specific color! We hope you understand.

Is there a registry?

Answer

Yes, we are registered on amazon! The link is on this website! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, If you decide on purchasing us something there is an address linked where it will be sent, or you are more than welcome to bring it the day of where there will be a table specifically for gifts and cards! Thank you!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We expect guests to arrive between 5:30-5:45 and to be seated by then! Our venue will be on a strict time schedule! Ceremony will start at 6:00pm sharp! This gives us enough time to start on schedule, and helps out our guests that may need extra assistance finding their seats! Unfortunately, if you find yourself running late you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over to join.

Can I take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you may want to capture some pictures but this will be considered an "unplugged" ceremony and we hope you understand. We will make sure to share lots of pictures and videos with you after the wedding! We ask that if you take ANY pictures/videos the rest of the night to send them to us via email!

Where will everything take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held all at the same location! This event will be indoors, there is a cute patio section outside connected to the hotel if you wish to step away! The locations address is The Hilton City Avenue 4200 E City Ave Philadelphia, PA 19131

Will there be valet parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be valet parking upon arrival (let them know you are there for the Dilbeck and Bianchi wedding). Valet parking for the evening will be free. If you plan on booking a room over night valet parking will cost $15.

What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

We will begin the ceremony at 6:00pm. Unfortunately, if you are late you will be asked to wait and join the party after the ceremony ends! Cocktail hour will start at 6:30. Reception will start at 7:30 and end at 11:30! Afterwards, keep the party going and join us at the bar located in the lobby of the hotel for an "after party"!!

Accommodations?

Answer

We will have hotel rooms blocked off if you are looking to stay the night! If you choose to call to reserve a room make sure to mention "Dilbeck and Bianchi Wedding" while booking! If you would rather book online there is a link and/or QR code to scan that will bring you to the hotels booking site! We highly recommend booking your stay at a discounted rate. We would like to have a fun safe night for everyone! Reservations must be made by October 20, 2023.

What if I do not rsvp/What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We hope that everyone is able to make it to our special day but unfortunately if you do not RSVP by the date on the invitation, you will be counted as a "no". So please make sure to RSVP as soon as you can we both would love to see you! You will certainly be missed if you can't make it! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly!

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

Answer

We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate a wide verity of dietary restrictions(i.e. vegetarian, gluten free, nut free). When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us! The hangover is on you- get ready to party! There will be different options for beer, wine and liquor that are included. No outside beer, liquor, or wine please.

Are kids/little ones invited?

Answer

If your child/children are listed on your invitation and included in the RSVP yes! Otherwise, this is an adult only event. Our wedding is going to be considered an intimate date night! While we love everyones little ones, we ask that you make arrangements for your children so we can celebrate with you! We hope you understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one option on your RSVP, then yes! If there is not a guest option when you respond, unfortunately no. We do apologize! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only and would like to keep this wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate others that are not on our list! Thank you for understanding!!
