How do I reserve a room at the lodge?

Answer

Please email Nancy at Hubbards Yellowstone Lodge to reserve you 3 day 2 night all inclusive stay. Her email is nancy@hubya.com

How much does it cost for the all inclusive stay?

Answer

The bride and groom have reserved the entire lodge so it will be all wedding guests. Each guest does need to pay 700 per person to reserve their room.

How far is the lodge from the airport?

Answer

It’s about an hour and a half drive.

Question

How will I get from the airport to the lodge?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service from the airport to the lodge free of charge. We will also deliver you back to the airport when you depart just make sure to send your airline information to us!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2019 so the bride and groom may plan accordingly.

What are other things I can do at the lodge?

Answer

When you book you can schedule a time to go fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, or there are yard games like badminton and horse shoes.

What to wear/pack?

Answer

The wedding will be outside and the bride and groom plan to take advantage of all the outdoors Montana has to offer. In September the weather can be unpredictable so you will want to pack comfortable outdoor shoes and clothes for both cool and cold weather.

Who can I bring as my guest?

Answer

As much as the bride and groom love kids they are asking that there no be any children at the wedding. You may bring any adult as your plus one.
