Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
Refer to your RSVP card please. If you were given instructions to RSVP online, then just visit our RSVP page on this website. If you were sent an RSVP pre-stamped envelope, please mail that back to us ASAP.

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Friday September 1st is the deadline, please don't make us hunt you down. Get them in early if possible, thanks!

Where is the Church?

We will be getting married at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Berkeley, CA. Please view our 'Schedule' page for full details including the map and parking details.

What is your wedding day itinerary for your guests?
Answer
1:30-1:45: Arrive at St. Joseph's in Berkeley (please check parking instructions first!) 2:00-3:15: Ceremony mass (yay!) 3:15-4:00: Travel to Reception venue 4:00-5:00: Cocktail Hour (with lawn games) 5:00-6:30: Dinner 6:30-10:00: Celebrate good times... come on!

How does your reception venue accommodate those who have mobility issues?
Answer
Our reception venue is outdoors and up a hill. You will need to park in the gravel lot and walk up to the space. If you need it, we offer complementary golf cart rides back and forth from the parking lot and reception location. There will be seating in the lounge for cocktail hour for those who need it.

Do you have any reserved blocks of rooms at a local hotel?
Answer
Unfortunately we do not. We hoped that by keeping it local in the East Bay, most people can stay with family if they are traveling. There are also a ton of moderately priced AirBnB's in the area.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We want a fancy formal affair! Please dress your best for our special day. As it is October please bring a jacket for the outdoor evening reception. Side note: ladies the cocktail hour will be on a lawn area so be mindful of your shoes. No color restrictions or preferences (just no white obviously...)

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation, we have a strict number of people we could invite due to the size of our venue. All names of people invited (children included) will be on your invitation. If your children's names are not there, please consider this your opportunity for a "parents night out". Thank you for understanding!!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation, if we gave you a plus-one on your RSVP card then please bring your special someone, if we did not thank you for understanding that our space is limited and we look forward to partying with you.

What food will you be serving?
Answer
We are keeping things fun and doing a taco bar! For the cocktail hour we will have chips with salsa and guacamole. For dinner we will have made-to-order tacos with carne asada, pollo, and all the fixings. There will also be rice and beans on the side. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions that don't allow for you to eat tacos... that is a sad thought.

What's the deal with the bar?

We have an open bar with choice of beer or wine, help yourselves!

Where can I find the link to your wedding registry?
Answer
On our Registry tab! While we will have a few things listed there for those that prefer giving physical gifts, what we would really prefer is a donation to our Honeymoon Fund! We have also linked that on our Registry page.

What is your policy on taking photos?
Answer
If you take photos please share them with us as soon as possible! We have a Google photos album for you to share them with us here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/p9L6yNLwR7BxtzzJ8 We don't want phones to be a distraction at the ceremony and show up in the photos that we will have forever... but if you can be sneaky about it we would love to see our wedding through your perspective! Can I post the photos on social media? Yeah... just tag me and make sure I look good. lol
