Wedding

Attire is semi-formal. Venue has inclines and stairs, high heels might be a challenge.
Traffic will be heavy. Please plan on arriving by 4:30 pm. Light refreshments and live music will be provided on the outdoor upper patio before the outdoor wedding ceremony on the lower patio begins at 5:00 pm. There are multiple areas of the venue to explore before the ceremony for early arriving guests including a log cabin chapel and outdoor gardens. Any guests arriving after the wedding ceremony begins can watch the ceremony from the upper patio, or take a seat in the back rows of the lower patio. Please note that traveling to the venue includes navigating a gravel road that may not be recognized by some GPS and some GPS directions may be incorrect. We encourage our guests to reference detailed driving directions from the venue owner included within the Travel section of this webpage.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Live music and light refreshments will be provided on the upper patio of the outdoor ceremony site immediately after the wedding ceremony with time to meet and greet the wedding party before the start of the cocktail hour around 6:00 pm in the Riverside by the Potomac stables. The stables are just a short walk from the upper patio. Appetizers, light refreshments, and beer and wine will be served in the stables from around 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm. Music and entertainment will be provided by DJ Jerry. The menu will be free of peanuts and tree nuts. Gluten free and vegan options will be provided.
Reception
7:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Immediately following the cocktail hour in the stables, guests will take a short walk up the hill from the stables to enter the barn for the reception, dinner, and dancing. Music and entertainment will be provided by DJ Jerry. Dinner is the grooms choice I Do Barbeque. Gluten free, vegan, and kid friendly options will be provided. An array of delicious cakes and desserts will be provided. All menus are free of peanuts and tree nuts. Light refreshments, beer, wine, champagne, and sparkling apple juice will be provided. A kids activity table will be provided. There will be dancing, games, traditional tossing of the bouquet and garter, and a send-off with sparklers and bubbles.
