Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please come in semi-formal/casual. Women: wear a cocktail dress or party dress in a fun color paired with playful accessories and heels or dressy flats or a summer sundress Men: wear a dress shirt and slacks with the option to wear a tie or dress pants or khaki pants with a collared shirt and can add a sports jacket if you'd like.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes before the invitation time. The venue is out of the way so it is best to leave a little earlier than you think

How do I know I am going the right way?

Answer

There will be green CDC (Camp Davy Crockett) signs as you near the location. THere will also be balloons tied to the signs to help indicate where to turn. You can use this address in your GPS app - 142 Scout Camp Rd, Whitesburg, TN 37891

Where do I park?

Answer

When you see the large building on the hill on the left you will see there are limited spaces. An usher will direct you to the parking lot a couple of feet away on the right side. If you need assistance or would like to drop someone of at the building ushers will help you navigate.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please allow yourself 10-15 minutes of extra time. The venue maybe hard to find. Please arrive at 4:45. The ceremony begins at 5 pm
