"Does that look like a heart to you?" Mark mockingly asked as he stood behind the camera. The sun was setting behind the old Spanish Church sitting high on a remote hilltop in Chefchaoen. Mark and Amarachi made the short pilgrimage to the Church to get a full picture of the blue hues of the houses and streets below. Mark wanted to get a shot of the city through Amarachi's arms in the shape of a heart. She couldn't make a heart... but she had already stolen Mark's. Amarachi and Mark met in Benin in 2016 during one of Amarachi's solo trips across West Africa. A year later, they traveled to Morocco together as friends and left 16 days later with major crushes. Another year later, behind the tally of what's easy and practical, the heart gave a casting vote and Mark moved half-way around the world to be with Amarachi in Lagos. Please join us as we celebrate new beginnings, dreams, and most importantly, love at the marriage of Amarachi and Mark.
