We met at work! Matt walked in and the first thing I noticed was this giant tattoo on his chest and big blue eyes! We started going on our lunch breaks together, talking about everything under the sun! I remember telling him after a couple lunch dates that I felt like I had known him for years! He asked me to be his girlfriend… I told him no! Which he has yet to let me live that down lol! He’s creative in many ways. Creative minds think alike! Here we are years later still be silly, play fighting and talking crap to each other! Best friends really do make a perfect match!

On the anniversary of when we started officially dating, one day before my birthday, Matt surprised me with the best gift! He sat me down, me thinking he’s about to hand me a gift bag! Gets down on one knee and pulls out a tiny grey box. For a split second I had no idea what was happening!!! Opens the box and this beautiful gleaming ring appears “ Will you marry me?” The answer was definitely yes, we waited 2 years for this moment! “All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you” We decided to spend the rest of our time together.
