Travel Note
Cancun International Airport is the airport you'll need to fly into to attend the wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun. Flights are typically published 330 days prior to travel, so about 10 1/2 months is when you can start looking at schedules. Prices for airfare usually drops around 3-6 months prior to your trip dates, so that would be the best time to book your flights. When booking flights, if there is a layover, you'll want to have around a 2-hour buffer on the way to Cancun, so you can move from the domestic terminal to the international terminal at the airport. On the way home, you'll want about a 3-hour layover to safely get through customs when you enter the United States. Non-stop flights are always best and very convenient, though they typically run higher in price. Avoid booking Basic Economy. If you book Economy fares or higher, you can easily change your flight if needed without incurring any additional changes fees, and Economy flights are sometimes refundable.
