Please RSVP by March 10th online. We are expected to give a final head count leading up to the wedding and any RSVPs not received by this date will be considered unable to attend.
We ask that our guests wear Cocktail Attire. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pant suit! The bridal party will be wearing varying shades of sage green but do not feel like you have to avoid that color! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please plan to arrive by 4:15 to find seats.
There is ample parking at the Grandview. Both the ceremony and reception will be held here. If for some reason you cannot drive home, you can leave your car overnight and pick it up the next morning by 11am.
There will be an open bar at the wedding from 5:00 - 10:00 with the final 30 minutes being a cash bar. We ask that our guests drink responsibly and arrange for rides back home should they not be staying at the hotel and taking the shuttle. This is meant to be a celebration and we do not want that tarnished if something were to happen!
The ceremony will take place outdoors weather permitting. Should there be rain forecasted, the ceremony will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will be both inside and out on the patio. The reception is indoors.
There will be a shuttle leaving at 3:45 from the Doubletree Milford for guests staying there. There will be limited seats on the shuttle there (about 27). It is first come first serve. If you cannot get on the shuttle, you are able to park your car at the Grandview overnight but must get it by 11am the next morning. Uber is also always an option!
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the Grandview. The address is 6 Nipmuc Drive, Mendon MA 01756.
There will be one shuttle leaving the DoubleTree in Milford MA at 3:45 PM to go to the wedding ceremony/reception. There will be 2 shuttles starting at 8:30 back to the hotel every 30 minutes as needed! The shuttle will also bring guests back to the hotel at various times throughout the night.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
As much as we love our younger friends and family, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
The bar closes at 10:30pm and reception ends at 11:00pm. There will not be an organized after party.
