This is where we have a hotel block set aside for our guests. There will be a shuttle to take guests to and from the reception at the Park Savoy available only to those staying at the hotel. Please book your hotel rooms as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate everyone who wishes to stay at the hotel and at the discounted hotel block pricing. Payment is not due until 48 hours before check in at the hotel, so it is beneficial to book early with a nonbonding agreement if you think there's a possibility you will stay. There is a strict deadline of May 15, 2024 to be included in the hotel block.
