She is originally from Connecticut, but college brought her to Maryland. She went to Loyola University Maryland for undergrad and University of Maryland for graduate nursing school in Baltimore. She has worked as a nurse in the Neonatal ICU for over 7 years and loves being able to guide families through the vulnerable NICU journey. Before she met Mario, she gave up on finding love in Baltimore. God’s fate led her to meet Mario one night at a bar in Baltimore and she knew that Maryland was going to be her forever home.
Sandra Jarvis
Mother of the Bride
Sandra is the definition of a saint and a prayer warrior. Stephanie is grateful to have a strong faith filled mother who leads by example. Stephanie has left the nest for over 10 years, yet the mother daughter bond is unbreakable. Sandra is so happy that Stephanie has met the man of her dreams and is grateful that God led him to her.
Steven Jarvis
Father of the Bride
Steven is so proud of Stephanie and her accomplishments in life. When he first met Mario he described him as a gentleman and was happy that his little girl finally found the one. He looks forward to giving his only daughter away to Mario who he know will treat her well.
Olivia Bowles Higgins
Matron of Honor
Stephanie met Olivia at Loyola University back in 2010. They spent their junior year abroad in England together, which brought them closer than ever. After Loyola, Olivia moved to VA and now lives in PA even that distance did not hinder their friendship. Friendship highlights: share Catholic faith and love for adventure and travel.
Gaby DIaz
Maid of Honor
Stephanie met Gaby in graduate school for nursing. They met day one and were inseperable. Going through the challenges and victories of nursing school formed a forever friendship. After nursing school they became roommates for 6 years and did everything together even survived the pandemic/quarantine :p. Friendship Highlights: sharing our passion for nursing, working out together, meal prepping, exploring Baltimore and forever supporting one another.
Alexandra Saboe
Bridesmaid
Alex is Stephanie’s longest friend from elementary school! They were neighbors in Newtown, CT and have remained friends for over 20 years. Alex moved to PA with her family, but that didn’t stop the friendship. The distance on solidified that our friendship was special. Friendship Highlights: Being obnoxious high schoolers on the 6am bus ride to school, doing dance classes and recitals together, being a part of a debutante ball together, and Stephanie being a fun Auntie to Arty (Alex’s son).
Emma Baker
Bridesmaid
Stephanie met Emma in her first year as a nurse on the Neonatal ICU at UMMC. Both working mainly night shift, they had many late night heart to hearts that lead to their friendship rooted in honesty and vulnerability. Emma and Stephanie were also neighbors during Emma’s last year in Baltimore. They had many outdoor adventures hiking, lazy river tubing and exploring the little gems of Baltimore. Friendship Highlights: vulnerability, passion for taking care of preemies and their families, always being uniquely ourselves together.
Peyton Case
Bridesmaid
Peyton was Stephanie’s first student she ever taught to be a nurse. Stephanie saw that Peyton was born to be a NICU nurse and they clicked immediately. They are no inseperable at work - planning snacks and lunches together and always going the extra mile to help each other out. Stephanie and Peyton’s friendship grew even more as they hung out outside of work. Friendship Highlights: always having each other’s back, both bridesmaids in each other’s weddings, passion for nursing and teaching others.
Mario Ferrante

Mario grew up in Baltimore and now works for SECU of Maryland as an Assistant Financial Manager of the virtual center. He is a faith centered man and loves spending time with his family. He is passionate about working out and even got his personal training certification. He is excited to marry the love of his life and build a beautiful life together.
Alex
Best Man
Mario and Alex have been friends since childhood. They grew up across the street from one another. Alex is a welder and a martial artist like Mario. To this day they love getting together to watch the UFC fights.
Nick Pomplon
Groomsman
Mario met Nick in middle school and they have been inseperable since. They have even worked at the same company for most of their adult years. They both share a love for martial arts.
Zach Kraft
Groomsman
Zack and Mario have really grown close since high school and have always pushed each other to reach new levels and accomplishments. Zack is a high level gamer and is the first one out of the friend group to get married and now has a brand new baby boy.
Brock Chittum
Groomsman
Mario and Brock met through Jim-jitsu and have always stayed close and in touch through the years. Brock lives in Boston and is an accomplished martial artist to this day.
Jordan Wiggins
Groomsman
Jordan and Mario became friends in middle school and have remained close ever since. Jordan was the second to get married of his friend group and lives in PA. Jordan works in armed security and his wife, Erin is a teacher.
