We have a room block: Your guests can either mention the group name, Gonzalez and Chaidez, or your group booking ID #5820 while booking over the phone or can put thegroup name/booking ID # in the comments if they book on our website Your guests will need to call us directly at (805) 543-3000 regarding the 10 rooms on the room block-because they do not show up as available on the website. Please remember any third-party reservations will not count towards the block of rooms for your group. Lastly, don't forget that your guests have the capacity to book any room that is available, they are not limited to what's in the block. The main purpose of the block is for a scenario where the hotel happens to sell out, there will still be rooms available for your guests until the blocked rooms are sold. So, any reservation made using your group name
