Do you need a rental car?
Answer
Yes! Tucson is spread out. The venues for each event are a good distance from each other. There is no problem parking at most places in Tucson. There is no charge for parking, including any of our venues.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
No, however please refer to our “Travel” tab where we have listed suggested hotels. Please do this promptly, Tucson is busy in October. There are Airbnbs around town you can reserve as well.

What to wear or dress code:
Answer
Please feel free to wear any of the colors we will share on the gallery page, if you’d like to match our theme colors. This color palette is what will look good for most photos. As well as keeping the attire more as a solid and less of patterns. It is “evening formal attire” which we interpret as: Men: Suit and Tie or Wester formalwear. Women: Floor, Tea or midi formal dresses or pantsuit.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony will take place at St. Thomas the Apostle Church at 2pm promptly. 5150 N Valley View Road Tucson, AZ The reception will take place after the ceremony at “The Barn” Tanque Verde Guest Ranch. 14301 E Speedway Blvd Tucson, AZ

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be indoors at the church. The reception will be both indoor and outdoor.

May I bring a plus one or a date?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love children, however our wedding will be an adults-only event excluding the wedding party and those noted on the invitation. We appreciate the arrangements you are making ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I bring for Tucson activities?
Answer
Indoor Soccer shoes and your A-game! “Please no cleats with studs.” Swim suits, towel (optional), sunscreen, sun hat and sunglasses. A light sweater or jacket. Hiking boots or sturdy tennis shoes. Sandals.

What events are scheduled surrounding the Wedding?
Answer
Thursday, October 17th: Early morning hike at Sabino Canyon. Thursday, October 17th: Early morning golf at Randolph Dell Urich. Saturday, October 19th: Indoor soccer at Maracana from 4-6pm. Saturday, October 19th: Bar crawl at local breweries.

Answer
