Faviana and Maridith met in high school but became close friends in college. After completing their Associate degrees together Faviana took Maridith's advice and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida without even visiting the school beforehand. A couple years and a lot of fun later, Maridith and Faviana graduated with the same bachelor degrees and continue to work in the psychology field. Maridith is so proud to also share that Faviana who is working on her graduate degree in Puerto Rico. Maridith could not ask for a better Maid of Honor!

Brandon and Matthew met very early during high school. They did almost everything together and are self-proclaimed brothers.

Maridith and Elyssa met at the same time Maridith and Matthew did. Their moms, Lianna and Kem, joined a group called "Mom's Club," where all the neighborhood kids would have meet-ups and hang out. This led to lots of playdates when they were little and then reconnecting in high school at the neighborhood clubhouse. Once Matthew and Maridith started dating, the rest was history, and they've been sisters ever since.

Derek and Matthew met when Matt started dating Maridith. Through vacations, and spending time with Derek's family, they have become brothers.
Jalyn Doyle

Jalyn and Maridith became friends when Matthew worked with Jalyn at Arby's. Matthew decided to play Cupid and set up his friend Colin on a date with Jalyn. From that day on, Jalyn and Colin became inseparable, which meant the girls were always around when Matt and Colin hung out. Naturally, this led to Maridith and Jalyn becoming besties. Maridith and Matthew helped Colin and Jalyn plan their wedding on St. Petersburg Beach in Florida three years later. After getting married, Jalyn and Colin welcomed two beautiful children, Theodore and Elizabeth, and made Maridith and Matthew their godparents. Maridith and Jalyn are a duo that can't be separated and the whole family is involved in Maridith and Matthew's wedding!

Colin and Matthew met the summer going into high school. They spent almost every day together playing games, at the park, or just spending time around town.

Karlye and Maridith met freshman year of high school in art class. Ever since then Maridith and Karlye have obsessed over weddings, reality TV, decorating their homes, and their sweet dogs. Now Maridith and Karlye are enjoying their bridal adventures together as they are in each other's wedding parties during the same time of life.

Koriana is Maridith's younger cousin. Koriana and Maridith had sleepovers every weekend growing up as Maridith's brother, Derek was at baseball tournaments. This lead to many fun weekend activities and late-night slumber parties!

Brittany and Maridith met at the National PKU Alliance conference. Maridith admired Brittany, who is well-known in the PKU community not only as a Nurse Practitioner working with individuals who have PKU, but also as someone living with the condition. During the conference, Maridith, Brittany, Matthew, and several other PKU friends connected and had a wonderful time, which led to them staying in touch and talking daily. While Maridith cannot recall her first conversation with Brittany due to her initial awe of meeting someone she considered an icon, she now cherishes having a lifelong PKU best friend.

Justin and Matthew have known each other since middle school. They would always hang out after school, played sports together, and were lucky enough to live close enough to still see each other occasionally during college.

Sabryna and Maridith became friends in middle school as they would goof off together daily. When Sabryna wasn't getting scolded for braiding Maridith's hair in class, Maridith was getting scolded for bringing snacks for them to eat. Ever since then, the rest has been history! Attending concerts, and football games, going to the mall, and meeting for lunch is always on the to-do list for these two.

Giancarlo and Matthew met in college working on a project together. They have been supporting each other ever since and are going to soon be neighbors in Texas again (kinda).

Maridith and Alexandra (Alex) became friends as toddlers in mom's club (at the same time Maridith and Matthew met). Maridith became a fan of attending some of Derek's baseball games because that meant she also got to watch Alex play baseball. When Alex was busy beating the boys in baseball, hockey, and more Maridith was ready to watch and cheer her on. Alex taught Maridith how to ice skate as she did circles around her in her hockey gear. To this day Alex is Maridith's adventurous bud and always will be!
