Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
You can fly into either Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO) airports, depending on what is best for you. Time to the resort from Cancun airport is about an hour and a half, and from Tulum airport is an hour.

How should I get to the hotel from the airport?
Answer
Book a transfer service, if you book via Destify there is an option to add this on. There is no Uber at Cancun or Tulum airports. Can I book travel outside of the group?

Please book travel with our group as we are getting married at the resort. Destify will price match (email Guestservices@destify.com with the rate) and Hilton will honor Hilton honors points

Yes! Please feel free to bring your kids or leave them at home - the choice is up to you.

Is the hotel all inclusive?
Answer
Yes! The price includes the room, food, and drinks.

When should I book travel?
Answer
You should book your hotel room as soon as possible! There is a $150 deposit per person that will secure your rate. Flight information should be available 11 months out.
