Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, so that all our friends and family can be fully present, this will be an adult-only affair. Reach out to us if you have questions or if this inhibits your attendance at our special day!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00-4:15p for our 4:30pm ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For those booking a room at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, we will have a shuttle going back and forth.

Have you reserved a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please visit our travel & lodging page for more details. Due to limited availability, we recommend booking soon!

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be in a grassy area. We will be under a tent should it rain! The reception area is an open air barn. Late September in Asheville is typically warm days and cooler nights. We will be on a Farm, so please check the weather ahead of time and pack a jacket just in case! *For people in need, there will be a golf cart on the premises.
