What time should I arrive?

We would like guests to be seated by 5:45 PM. Please allow ample time for downtown Phoenix area traffic.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception to take place indoors. Cocktail hour will be in a patio type setting with fans provided.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Valet to be provided complimentary on behalf the venue! Please allow time for downtown street parking or parking garages if valet parking reaches capacity.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will not be reserving a hotel block, so stay where you like! Closer to downtown Phoenix is recommended.

Will Downtown Phoenix be busy?

Answer

YES! This wedding is during Labor Day weekend and downtown will have plenty of events going on, including Diamondbacks playing on the day of the event. Plan accordingly for traffic.
