Orsini-Odescalchi Castle
Tour a castle in Bracciano, Lazio, Italy. Castello Orsini-Odescalchi is located on the southern shore of Lake Bracciano. It was built in the 15th century, and combines the functions of a military defence structure and a civilian residence of the feudal lords of the period, the Orsini and Borgia, both papal families. Trevignano Romano
This town is across the lake from bracciano. The lakefront promenade is a great place to go for a walk or catch the Sunday artisan market. The shoreline is filled with beach clubs where you can rent a beach umbrella and beach beds for the day for about €10. Anguilara Sabazia
If you want to take a drive around the lake, Anguillara Sabazia, located on a small cape on the lake, you will likely be drawn to the beach and medieval town center. Just outside the town is the smaller Lake Martignano, which is also quite popular with tourists. Fun Fact: Anguillara Sabazia was used as the location when Ray Romano’s TV family in Everybody Loves Raymond headed to Italy on vacation.
