We have a block of rooms under the name "Caskey-Vicini Wedding Block". Please call and use this name when booking the hotel it will save you money! Rooms book quick! Check-In time is 4pm. If you are checking in on SATURDAY 7/22, you should be all set. If you are checking in on SUNDAY 7/23 (the day of the wedding), please note checking in at 4pm will NOT allow you enough time to make it to our ceremony. The provided transportation will depart from Monarch at 3:15pm. If you are driving, we ask you please arrive to Blackstone Rivers Ranch by 3:50pm (about a 25 minute drive). You have THREE options: 1) Request early check-in. Arrive at the Monarch anytime after 12pm, head to the front desk, and check-in. They will send you a text message when your room becomes available. Enjoy the casino while you wait! 2) Head to the front desk and settle all registration/charges for check-in. If there are no rooms ready and it is time to depart for the wedding, leave your bags with the front desk and head to the wedding. When your room becomes available, they will deliver your luggage to your room. Stop by the front desk when you return from the wedding and grab your key. 3) Check in after the wedding. If you don't make it to the front desk prior to the wedding, no worries! The front desk is open 24/7. Upon returning from the wedding, stop by the front desk and check-in. Grab your bags from the car and head up! ***PLEASE ALSO NOTE, WHOEVER'S NAME IS ON THE RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENT TO CHECK-IN***
