Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
If you are able, you can RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation. However, the last day to RSVP is June 29th, 2024.

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by June 29th, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to be celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. If you are late, please wait until the ceremony concludes and join us for cocktail hour. As it is expected to be hot, please feel free to wait in your car until 10-15 minutes before ceremony start time.

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be taking place on the front lawn of the estate house. Cocktail hour will be taking place outside, at the back of the barn directly beside the estate. The reception will be taking place inside the barn.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space of the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name if you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! The attire is semi-formal garden attire; bright colors such as blues, pinks, yellows, or floral patterns. Colors like light blue, grey, and beige are great options for jackets, pants, and suits.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a large gravel area near the reception barn for parking.

What's the bar situation?
Answer
Signature cocktails will be served at the bar during cocktail hour. You will be allowed to pick one! During the reception, there will be a soft cash bar with beer, seltzers, and a small selection of wine. Please drink responsibly!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. They will also be listed when you RSVP. For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! There are several options in Richmond (35 min drive from Lancaster), and we have listed two hotel blocks under the "travel" section of our website.

Do you have an inclement weather plan?
Answer
Yes, if weather occurs, we will be using the chapel on the property. However, the chapel has limited seating with some standing room capabilities.

Can I take pictures/videos at the ceremony?
Answer
We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony. Please keep your phones tucked away and enjoy this moment with us! We have hired an amazing photographer as well as a videographer to capture this special moment for us. Pictures and videos are welcomed during cocktail hour and the reception.
