We are cautiously and optimistically moving forward with our wedding while actively monitoring CDC and state guidelines as we get closer to our wedding date. We want everyone to feel safe if they decide to attend our wedding, therefore if you have any reservations about the well being of yourself or your loved ones we encourage you to stay home. If there are any important changes made to our guest count, venue, or date we will be sure to update everyone. We highly, highly encourage everyone who does plan to attend our wedding to get tested for Covid-19 prior to and after our wedding and to continue social distancing and wearing a mask. We also encourage social distancing and mask wearing at our wedding.
Please RSVP by April 29, 2021.
We ask that anyone attending please be 18 years or older unless we have personally discussed otherwise.
The Waterfront Botanical Gardens has parking on site for guests.
We are registered on Zola, Amazon and Target.
The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Unless your invitation specified that you have a plus one we ask that you please do not bring a date.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction please let us know when you RSVP so that we may accommodate for you.
We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Louisville, however there are many other hotels and Airbnbs in the area to choose from.
We will not provide transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, however it is about a 9 minute drive. You will be able to leave your car overnight in the parking lot of the Waterfront Botanical Gardens should you need to. There will be Ubers and Lyfts available as well for those who do not wish to drive to and from the venue.
