Q & A

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Mass will start promptly at 2 o’clock. Please plan to arrive to the church 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. All guests who arrive after this time will have to wait until the procession is complete to enter the church. Cocktail hour will begin at Mountain Meadows at 4 o’clock. If you arrive at the reception before this time, please feel free to sign our guest book and visit with other guests.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Formal attire is recommended, and don't forget your dancing shoes! For men, a suit and tie are preferred. For ladies, floor, midi, or tea length dresses, or a dressy pantsuit or jumpsuit would be perfect. Since our ceremony is in the church, we ask that clothing be respectful of the holy space we are in.

Question

Will the party be outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be outside on the patio at 4 o’clock. Weather is anticipated to be 80 degrees and warm. Dinner will be held inside the ballroom and the patio will be open all night for guests to move freely throughout the reception.

Question

Will children be invited?

Answer

We love you and we love your kids! We are limited on space at our venue and ask that unless your child's name is on the invitation to please leave them at home. We hope this prior notice gives you enough time to make arrangements and hope you can enjoy a night off, celebrating with us!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! We have a strict guest list due to the size of our venue and can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

In order to respect the holy space we are in, we kindly ask that our guests keep all phones and cameras off and put away during the entirety of our ceremony in the church, including the procession and recession. Don’t worry! We hired a professional.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will be collecting RSVPs via our wedding website until May 22, 2024. If by any chance your plans change after this date, please contact the bride and groom directly.
