We're getting married!

Divine timing and open hearts started Chris and Hannah’s journey together in the most unexpected of ways nearly two years go. They were going about their lives and little did they know that meeting their greatest love was just one click away! Back in December of 2022, on her quest to find her dream man, Hannah took a chance and embarked on an extensive and highly filtered search. She was looking and hoping God would provide her a husband that was a faithful partner, had cowboy/traditional values, a desire for a family, a handsome gentleman who loved tropical weather and who was on a quest to build and provide for a family. To her astonishment, the one she envisioned lived a mere 5 miles away, though, like anyone, she hesitated, deeming it too good to be true. Upon reaching out, Chris, being the responsive and diligent man he is, took the initiative to arrange calls, fostering a deeper connection. He also was in awe hoping that this was the dream woman he had been praying about, and it was. Daily texts and nightly phone conversations that spanned hours unfolded over the course of a month, building a foundation for something extraordinary. The day finally arrived when they would meet face-to-face, amidst the beautiful backdrop of Downtown Long Beach. A leisurely walk turned into an unplanned date at Outback Steakhouse, where more than just fireworks ignited. Seated at the bar, their conversation flowed effortlessly for over six hours, losing track of time in each others company. Chris reached for Hannah's hand after that magical first date, sending an electric jolt through each others hearts let alone their entire being. They describe the feeling as feeling truly at home in that moment, at ease, exactly where they were meant to be. Little did they know that they were soon to be profoundly in love. Their hearts opened wide to one another quickly, and what began as a radiant connection quickly evolved into something much deeper. After that first date in January 2023, their lives changed for the better, forever after that. Their hearts and lives became one where they traveled to Mexico, Nashville, New York, New Jersey and Las Vegas together in their first year of their relationship which was nothing short of a whirlwind romance. They experience great joy in parenting their fur baby Patton, integrated their lives with family and friends which seemed effortless with immediate bonds. Not to mention, they both immediately hitting it off and adding new best friends to their lives, each others siblings, Carolyn Zettel and Jacob Marcano! In November 2023, Hannah, Chris, Carolyn, and Barb were off to Miami Florida to enjoy a 10 day cruise through the Eastern Caribbean which was extremely special being that this was the first time Hannah and her soon to be mother-in-law met! The warmth, love, and joy was overwhelming! It gets even better, Chris's best friends Josh, Jordan, and sweet baby Charli joined us for an impromptu surprise bringing precious cargo with them, the diamond ring Chris designed in New York! The day before we set sail, on a beautiful warm night, all of us are walking on the beach in South Beach Miami during a magical sunset and Chris asked Hannah to take his hand in marriage! After Hannah saying the easiest "yes" of her life she drops to her knees to join Chris in the sand where they shared the most emotional, spiritual, and heartfelt day of their lives! The saying, and quote, when you know, you know, proved true, affirming that dreams do indeed come true. Their meeting, a testament to divine timing, unfolded beautifully—a clear and undeniable confirmation that God exists and always has been guiding their true love story.
