Meet us in the mountains!

Manny bought a car in California and we decided to drive the car and road trip back home. We stopped in Telluride (where we are getting married) and Ouray and fell in love with the towns. We ended up passing by a picture AD of a ring that was locally handmade and had a design of the San Juan mountains. We knew we wanted to go to Maroon Bells in Aspen Colorado so badly! On our way to Maroon bells just so happened to be the jeweler who made the ring we saw in the AD. We decided to make a pit stop at the jewelry store and one of the last rings they had left was the perfect fit! So we bought it and were en route to Maroon bells! While at Maroon bells Manny was acting a bit off. He kept saying to go into the park without him and he will be right there, he just wanted to use the bathroom. Time passes by and i go back to the parking lot. "What the hell is happening manny? Are you okay?" - Sam. "Yeah yeah i'm fine, i'm just having a yogurt because my stomach hurts. Just go back in and enjoy" - Manny. Time passes and he finally makes his way over to me in the park. We start going for a walk on the trail and "Sam! Go take a picture of those geese with the mountain in the background." Next thing i know, i turn around and he is down on one knee asking me to marry him. I still have no idea if i actually said yes, we both blacked out and i kept saying i couldn't breathe. Thanks Colorado elevation lol. Sneaky Manny switched out the ring we had just bought earlier in the day into the already bought before the trip ring box to propose to me with! He completely surprised me! And now we are sooo excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Colorado!
