We’re getting married!

Kristina & Mandy started their story June of 2023. Their first date was at a local bar in downtown Matthews. Laughter and drinks were shared along with talks of future plans. They have been inseparable ever since.

Kristina and her mother, Joan, joined forces to find the most perfect proposal spot. They found it at the McGill Rose Garden in downtown Charlotte. Weeks went by and the ring arrived finally. With everything set in motion, close family and friends gathered in secret behind the gardens. Kristina stole away to take her spot at the end of the walk way. Lit up with twinkly lights and a marquee sign that spelled out “Marry Me”. Nerves were at an all time high but you guessed it. Mandy said yes. PLOT TWIST. To Kristina’s surprise, Mandy knelt down on one knee and asked for her hand in return. The rest of the night was spent with those close to them celebrating their love. As it turns out, both Kristina and Mandy had sparked an interest in the McGill Gardens. Each of them reaching out to inquire only months apart. Great minds think alike!
