We are requiring that all wedding guests receive a covid vaccine before attending. If you are unable to get a vaccine for medical or other reasons, please let us know. Otherwise, we will be requiring that you send us proof of vaccination well in advance of the event.
All guests are required to get a PCR the week leading up to the wedding and provide proof of a negative test upon arrival. We will be also providing rapid tests and requiring that all guests administer one when they first arrive at the venue. The rapid tests only take 15 minutes, and they are very easy to do. If you test negative, you won't be asked to test again, and you can enjoy the weekend's festivities knowing that you and everyone else at the event have tested negative. If you test positive, however, you are welcome to take a second test to be sure. But if the result comes back positive again, we unfortunately won't be able to allow you to attend.
Yes. Please arrive 20 minutes early to whatever your first event of the weekend is. We will send out more details about this and reminders closer to the date.
Guests are not required to wear masks, but should you feel more comfortable wearing a mask at any point during the weekend, we highly encourage it.
The rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, wedding ceremony, wedding reception, and the pool party will all take place outdoors. The only event that will be inside is the after-party (due to local noise ordinances).
All vendors, servers and staff have been vaccinated and will be masked during all events.
This likely goes without saying, but if you are feeling any symptoms at all, we ask that you kindly let us know and refrain from attending, in order to ensure everyone else's safety.
