SFO, Sacramento, or Reno Airport
You have a few options for airports when planning your trip to our celebration! You can fly into San Francisco (SFO), Sacramento, or Reno. South Lake Tahoe is approximately 3 hours from San Francisco, 1.5 hours from Sacramento, and just 30 minutes from Reno. If you choose to fly into SFO, we recommend renting a car equipped for snowy conditions, as winter weather can make the drive a bit adventurous. We can’t wait to welcome you to this beautiful destination!

This is the venue where our wedding will take place, and we’ve arranged a room block here for your convenience. To do this: 1. Go to our website and click on ‘Book Now’ 2. Enter in your check in and check out dates, select ‘Check Availability’ 3. A new window will open for the selected dates. On the left, click the ‘+ Add Group Code’ type in the group code ‘KF2025’ then click ‘Update’. 4. The window will refresh with the room options for the check in and check out dates selected. Select ‘Book Now’ next to the preferred room type and continue with making the reservation by entering in your information. 5. If a guest would like to upgrade their room type beyond the Standard King and Double Queen accommodations included in the Room Block, please call me directly at 530-545-4328 and I can create their reservation for them! 6. If a guest would like to extend their stay beyond the Room Block Dates of 12/30/25-1/1/26, please call me directly at 530-545-4328 and I can create their reservation for them! The Group Code on our website WILL NOT WORK for any stay dates outside of 12/30/25-1/1/26! 7. If a guest misses the Cutoff Date of 11/30/25, the Group Code on our website will no longer be valid. Winter in South Lake Tahoe is truly magical, but it’s important to plan ahead for seasonal weather conditions. Be prepared for snow and icy roads—packing layers, warm clothing, and sturdy, weather-appropriate shoes is a must! If you're driving, we recommend checking road conditions before you set out and ensuring your vehicle has snow tires or chains. For those flying, consider Reno-Tahoe International Airport for the shortest drive, and if flying into San Francisco or Sacramento, be sure to rent a car equipped for winter driving. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this stunning winter wonderland!
