What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Your party should arrive at 4:45PM. Please be aware you may need to leave earlier than planned if you are not staying close by in order to beat Orlando Friday traffic and park.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at Aloft. This is 0.3 miles from The Balcony where the Ceremony and Reception will take place. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before September 30th. This is under the Travel page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Chase Plaza Public Parking garage is $10 to park at 6pm - 6am. 15 South Court Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 Park on the 3rd floor or higher in a non reserved spot Use the South Tower Elevator to the 11th floor and suite #1120. There is also on-street metered spaces which are $1 an hour and FREE 6pm - 8am.

OFFICIAL VENUE ADDRESS 189 South Orange Avenue, Suite #1120, Orlando, Florida 32801 *FROM THE CHASE PLAZA PARKING GARAGE Park on level 3 or higher, near the South Office Tower elevators in an unreserved parking spot. Take the South Office Tower elevators down to the Main Lobby. Check in with the venue coordinator on the Lobby level. *FROM THE CHASE PLAZA COURTYARD or from CHURCH STREET Near the corner of Church Street and Orange Avenue, enter the South Office Tower under the Plaza Cinema Cafe sign (right side).
