Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel blocks, which can be found under the "stay” tab. Tampa Bay is filled with hotels and AirBnBs, if you have questions on neighborhoods, contact Danielle or Seamus.

What is the Welcome Party?

Answer

We have rented a space at a great brewery in Tampa, Hidden Springs Ale Works, so that we can greet all of guest prior to the big day! If you are in town, we would love to see you. We recommend dinner prior across the street at Armature Works (aka our Venue) or Ulele. You can park at near Armature Works and walk over to the brewery, right on Franklin Street.

Is there transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a trolley taking people to the ceremony only. Starting at 5:00 pm and ending at 5:30 pm, there will be a trolley picking up guests and transporting the guests to the ceremony at Armature Works. The trolley will be making multiple trips. For pick up, please be at the entrance of the JW Marriot, which is connected to the Water Street Marriot.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Complementary parking is available through Armature Works (say you’re here for our wedding). We prefer everyone, especially if you are drinking, take an Uber/Lyft.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love everyone to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We are trying to make sure that our menu will have many options for dietary restrictions and allergies. Contact Danielle or Seamus if you have a specific concern!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While the Sunshine State is notoriously unpredictable, we are hoping that the weather will be sunny. While the ceremony and reception will be inside, weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be outside.
