Matron of Honor
Mariah is my twin sister and built-in best friend! We've grown up together side-by-side, and now I can't wait to have her by my side on my wedding day! As kids, we enjoyed being involved in lots of sports and dance activities together (even though there were occasional moments of tough sisterly love). Now, we love catching up over the phone and visiting each other whenever we get the chance.
Bridesmaid
I met Lisa in 2017 when we both started working at Blue Compass around the same time. After getting to know each other during our 9-5, we quickly asked each other on our first girl-date, and we've been besties ever since! Lisa and I have bonded over many things over our years of friendship, but my favorite is our shared love of margaritas and queso.
Bridesmaid
Our friendship goes as far back as preschool when Trish and I first met! Through several elementary sleepovers, awkward middle school dances, high school activities and even rooming together in college, we've really been there for each other no matter what. I always love catching up with Trish (and her fam) when I make the trip back to my hometown of Ida Grove.
Best Man
Jake and I met when we both worked for the same custom clothing company in Chicago. As our bromance blossomed we ended up rooming together the last year before I departed back to Iowa. Jake continues to travel the country, and now we share our adventures with each other during our hour-long phone calls. He's a proud Boilermaker and a lover of dogs, thanks to dealing with Henley's rambunctious puppy stage.
Groomsman
Turner is my childhood best friend that goes all the way back to elementary school days. We grew up only a few blocks away from each other in Indianola. Even though we are older, we still love gaming and watching Iowa Hawkeyes sporting events like we used to as kids. He's a true friend, and it so happens that we currently live only a few blocks away from each other now.
Groomsman
After moving back to the Des Moines area, I met Christian when we worked together. We bonded over our love for cars and whiskey. Over the years, we've both moved on to better opportunities, and we would see each other regularly before Christian and his wife, Katie, moved out of state. We look forward to our double dates when they come back to visit Des Moines.
